You are provided with a single-family residential building plan.Estimate the construction cost for the building – your bid. The specifications are not provided as well as some other relevant information that will be provided in a true real-world scenario. For this project, you must make assumptions.

You are only required to provide estimates of the entire building for the following members:

Roof  (Diagram A5)

Prepare the quantity take-offs and estimates. Construction duration is one year.

You may find cost data from RSMeans or other sources that maybe available to you. You may use any other cost information or simply make assumptions. However, you will need to explain the basis of any assumptions you make.
