OBJECTIVES:
The purpose of this project enables to prioritize important tasks and identify potential time wasters. A schedule helps you use the time you have to do the right things better, faster and increase productivity. The group typically aiming to the following:
• To improve the manual existing system of the Computer Laboratory.
• To have a computerized and systemized scheduling.
• A schedule establishes a predictable routine that reduces stress and improves efficiency.
• To commit resources between a variety of possible tasks, and a listing of milestones, activities, and deliverables, usually with dates.
INTRODUCTION
Computer Laboratory Scheduling System it is the process of deciding how to commit resources between a variety of possible tasks, and a listing of milestones, activities, and deliverables, usually with dates. This scheduling system facilitates various priority levels for user requests, thus allowing different modes of usage, such as experimental demonstrations during a live class by an instructor and experiments carried out either individually by one user or collaboratively by multiple users.
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
The proponents focus only on the schedule of the computer laboratories. Other processes that not covered are not evaluated. The admin is the one who can access the entire system. The developers are responsible for the maintenance of the system.
PROJECT VISION
The proposed system entitled “Computer Laboratories Scheduling System”, this mainly design to view and add Schedule and to detect conflict between schedules. This study will be conducted with the following intentions.
PROJECT CONSUMPTION
The purpose of this project to computerized the process of manually and maintaining the time of computer lab schedule and to avoid conflict of schedule.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The general problem of this study is: “How to design and develop a Computer Laboratories Scheduling System avoid conflict of schedule and all instructor and students can use” as an innovative way of providing schedules of the computer laboratory.
