In the presentation, you will use your understanding of the Royal Hotel’s guest satisfaction to create a 6 to 10-minute-long recorded PowerPoint presentation for a department of your choice.  The departments you may choose from are front office, housekeeping, food and beverage or maintenance.  In this presentation, you will report the Royal Hotel’s historical and recent performance for the metrics you feel are most relevant to your department.  Each measure should be reported relative to the Royal Hotel’s brand average.  Your presentation should be informative and actionable.  You should share information that will help your department know how they are performing, how they have performed in the past, where they are performing well and where they can improve.

• Using the information you have learned in your analysis of the Medallia reports, create a PowerPoint slide presentation to present to department employees.
  • Your presentation should include 8 slides and should not be longer than
  • Include in your slide presentation either an audio voice over of what you would say during each slide or include in the notes section of each slide a written description of what you would say if you were giving the presentation.
  • Include at least 3 slides that use column charts to compare performance to the brand average.
  • Include at least 3 slides that use line graphs to show how performance has changed over time.
  • In your presentation, you should not just present the figures.  Point out trends, anomalies and other points that are useful for measuring departmental performance.
  • Include some slides about overall hotel performance to help department employees understand how the hotel is performing as a whole.
  • Identify ways performance could likely be improved in areas where satisfaction is poor.
