1. Write a program to generate timetable for CKT UTAS

The program should consider the size of the class for a course, the lecture hall capacity, and the time available to assign courses to a lecture hall for a particular time, if the program succeeds to assign a course, the program should print a success message. The program should also generate an error message to the user if he/she attempts to assign a class size that is more than the capacity of the hall. The program should as well generate an error message if the user attempt to allocate a course at a time that has already been allocated.

 

2. There are a list of electronic items, furniture items, kitchenware, and clothes items in Melcom shop. Items from each of the lists attract different discounts, the discount further varies for male and female customers for items from the same list. In addition, if the total amount of items bought by any customer exceeds Gh ₵ 1,200.00 the customer attracts 5% more discount on the total amount. Using the details from the table below, write a program to implement the scenario. The program should always print a message to the user to indicate that there is discount available and the discount amount, otherwise, the program should print a message that indicates that there is no discount available for the item or total amount.
