Write a program that reads in a set of integers (maximum of 25) from a text file called InputFile.txt and asks for a target number.  The program will then indicate the first and last appearances of the number and how many times it appears using the methods we looked at this week.  It should then print out a reversed sequence of values in the file (read it into an array and write a “swap” function to reverse the elements’ order).  It may be useful to look up a reversal algorithm to help you do that part.

Sample output:

Enter a target value: 8.

The number 8 first appears in position 3 and last appears in position 9.

It occurs 4 times.

The reversed contents of the file are: 5 8 3 8 8 5 3 8 19 2
