• Before exporting

• Save as and rename document

. Delete the text letter & signature (leave bank info at bottom

. Nowyou can export

. File > Export

. Name the document> A1O_PrintLetterhead_firstlastname.pdf

• Click Save

• A new window will pop up

• You only need to change Standard to PDFJX-4:2010

• Click Marks & Bleeds

• Select Crop Marks

. Select Use Document Bleed

• Click export

. Now you have Document 2 of 3 documents

ENVELOPE:

. File > Export

. Name the document> A1.O_PrintEnvelope_firstlastnamepdf

‘ Click Save

. A new window will pop up

. You only need to change Standard to PDF/X•4:2010

‘ Click Marks & Bleeds

. Select Crop Marks

. Select Use Document Bleed

. Click export

. Now you have Document 3 of 3 documents
