The Christopher Building Project Part 1 (20 Points)

Project description

Snyder Engineering has been engaged to undertake the Christopher Building Project. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the project owner went bankrupt and the project was sold to a new company. The originally appointed Project Manager, Bob Sachs decided to retire. The new owner has re-engaged Snyder to re-launch the Christopher Building Project. Snyder has appointed a seasoned Project Manager, Francis Lo, to lead this project.

The project schedule has been revised by the new Project Manager from the original 29-week duration to an aggressive 24-week completion. As a result, the project budget has increased by about 20% from the original $2.4M to $2.9M.

The WBS has already been established previously. Refer to Figure 1.1. Assignment for Part 1:
