The Order Management Application with Graphical User Interface should have two Forms. The first form is for login authentication, and the second form is for customer order management.

Part 1: Login Form (5 points)

When a user runs this application, the user should log in with a username and password that is stored in a database. (2 points)

Use the MessageBox to show if the input username and password are: empty, wrong, or correct. (3 points)

Students should show their names with TextLable on the login form.

 

After login successfully, hide the Login Form and show the Order Form

Part 2: Order Form (23 points)

 

Show username on the top-left corner (1 point)

Click the Entrees/Drinks/Sides buttons to show corresponding food items, respectively. (3 points)

Select food from the menu and add selected food to the customer’s order by clicking Add To Order

button. (3 points)

Select food from the order then remove it by clicking Remove From Order. Show a warning message if the user clicks the Remove button when the order is empty. (3 points)

Keep the Total amount updated when a food item is added to/removed from the order. (3 points)

Once click the SUBMIT button, the Customer name and food items should be submitted to the list of

Pending Order. A message box shows “Order Added” and the total amount of the order (3 points)

After adding an order to Pending Order, the Order list and Customer Name Textbox should be set to empty, and the Total Amount label should be set to 0. (2 points)

 

Select an order from the Pending Order list, and click Finish to remove this order with a warning message. (3 points)

 

 

After clicking the Logout button, show the warning message. If select Yes, switch back to the login Form. (2 points)
