  2. If received Supplier’s DO only
    1. Will the storekeeper/user key in qty received as per DO than later issue a Goods Returned Note or
    2. Will they returned to the sender on the spot and key lesser qty than qty stated on DO? Because invoice may base on qty received or qty stated on DO?

 

  1. If there is a free item. What will be the cost of the item?
    1. According to Purchase Price per Quantity in Stock UOM
    2. Or according to Purchase Price per Quantity (including free item) per Quantity in Stock UOM
