I need to build a simple online booking/registration form asking the client for how many tickets they want (up to 3), name and email address.

I have a set cost, which I would like to be displayed when the client choose 1/2/3 tickets. Lastly, there needs to be a timer on the page that pops up an alert when it runs out.
