The attached text file contains code for a text based java roulette program.

The task is to modify/expand this program so that it has a GUI. It must have:

1. Buttons for whenever the user is presented with choices in the game.

2. A box to enter the betting amount.

3. A score box in the corner to show the number of chips remaining.

4. A self-made pixel-art roulette wheel made with GIMP or some similar program. This wheel must have the numbers 1-36 in separate sectors, with the odd numbers being red and the even ones being black. The wheel must appear to spin when the user plays and then suddenly stop. When it stops, a white ball (sphere) must appear in the correct sector corresponding to the number that the game has randomly selected.

5. A green background representing the table that all of these elements are contrasted against.
