File Sharing System

 A client and server application (gui client, command-line server) to share and download files. Allow a user to select a source folder and a server IP address. Once connected, the user can see all files available by all other clients and download any of them. There shouldn’t be an upper limit on file sizes.

• The application must be a python GUI application using the TKinter library. While the client-facing part must be a GUI, any server in the background can be command-line only (non-gui).
• You must submit a README text file explaining what your program does, how to use/execute your program(s), and each author and what they
