Million dollar-winning lottery ticket sold in Spartanburg, South Carolina

For the drawing on Friday night, a $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold at a convenience store in Spartanburg.

The winning lottery location is Garden Spot in Spartanburg, located at 2050 S. Pine St.

All five of the white ball numbers that were drawn were on the Spartanburg ticket.

In South Carolina, more than 7,800 gamers have tickets for prizes ranging from $2 to $1 million.

After the drawing, winners have 180 days to claim their prizes.

The likelihood of earning $1,000,000 is 1 in 12,607,306.

The anticipated Mega Millions prize for the drawing on Tuesday night is $67 million.
